I'm so in love with this location! It's nerve racking trying a new aesthetics location. You are literally trusting them with your face. I came for microneedling as I was way overdue and this has historically been my skincare go-to fountain of youth. The office was very clean and well kept. The front desk was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Nicolette got me all checked in and set up quickly. For the procedure, Nick was absolutely amazing! He is really such a kind human in general but he asked a lot of questions to get to know my expectations, concerns and pain/comfort level. We talked a lot about self care and life throughout the procedure. I have my next apt prebooked and definitely will trust him to do some fillers in the future.

I also want to add that their pricing is so incredibly fair. I honestly think this made me more nervous trying out a new place because you always hear "you get what you pay for". This definitely does not hold true in all situations. I have paid almost double with little to no customer engagement or exceptional results. This was by far one of my best cosmetic experiences!

Thank you Naked MD, specifically Crystal!! For giving me back my confidence with my hair. I had been hesitant on trying hair PRP injections (Platelet Rich Plasma) but the girls at naked md did such a great job explaining how the process works to me. Crystal made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I have had hair thinning and balding for a while but now I can truly say I am happy and more confident with my hair to go out and not have to worry about if my bald spots are showing!!! Thank you guys so much again I am very happy with my results and will definitely be back!

My review is based off of customer service alone since I was unable to have a service. I had pre purchased a vampire facial and booked my appointment. When I arrived, I was reading through the consent forms, where I learned these facials are not recommended if you are breastfeeding or pregnant. I am currently still breastfeeding my son, so I notified the front desk. They asked me to go into a private room to speak with the esthetician, as I still was hoping for a hydra facial service instead. The esthetician couldn't have been more kind, and she recommended I do not do a hydra facial or vampire facial until I am completely finished breastfeeding. She offered a very general facial, to just clean the skin and hydrate, but I would need to rebook for this since I booked a 530pm appointment that day. She answered numerous questions I had which helped with my skincare routine at home. I was able to get a refund for my pre purchased facial since I am not planning on stopping nursing anytime soon. I will absolutely be back once I am able to do so for the fact this place isn't just looking for your money like a lot of other medspa's do. The esthetician cares more about the health of your skin and seems to be so caring compared to other places I have been before. I had no issues with the refund process. I wish I knew this esthetician's name to give her a shout out but I can't seem to remember it, regardless I hope they recognize her for genuinely caring.

Karina did a very thorough job with my micro needling facial. I felt very comfortable as she took her time to ensure even passes throughout my face. I have done many micro-needling treatments for the past 10 years and todays session with Karina, was by far the best.

It was my first time trying out NakedMD as I had already had established with a local medspa that I would regularly with get facials/ treatments. I'm so grateful that u gave them a try because now they've become my go to. I got PRF micro-needling facial with the one and only Alina RN, not only did she talk through the facial with me, she prepped me, answered any questions was so sweet and charming. My face healed so quickly and i know it's became of the care that Alina put while doing my facial. The office was neat and nicely decorated the front desk staff kind and efficient. I was delightfully surprised, they've gained a new client. My face is now glowing and I can't wait to go back for another session!
